Purpose of processing
We use data to manage reviews, answer enquiries and understand website use. Hosting and storage services help provide these functions. When you open WhatsApp or another external platform, its terms and privacy policy also apply.

Only with analytics consent do we measure hours and navigation within a document, including first-message acknowledgement in that journey. We do not store chat content or link these data to your conversation. Detail is retained for 60 days; daily totals for 13 months.
